    PRODUCT FEATURES

This masterbatch is specifically designed to address common issues with standard plastics, such as hardening, becoming brittle, and shattering upon impact in low-temperature environments. It significantly lowers the plastic’s activation temperature, enabling finished products to maintain good toughness even in temperatures ranging from -20°C to -40°C, thereby meeting the usage standards for northern winters, cold-chain warehousing, and extremely cold outdoor conditions. This masterbatch is dust-free, non-leaching, non-toxic, and odorless, and is widely used in food packaging, cold-chain packaging, and other applications.

    ADDITION METHOD

This masterbatch are designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing, therefore it`s suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending

    DOSING RATIO

The amount of this masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. Typical addition rates from 2% to 5% .

    STORAGE & PACKING

It is recommended to store the material in a cool and protected place.

It should be used within 12 months to maintain properties.

It is packaged in 25KG bags. Customized packaging can also be provided according to customer requirements.
