    PRODUCT FEATURES

This masterbatch is a highly efficient, environmentally friendly functional additive. It features easy incorporation, good dispersibility, high flame-retardant efficiency, and excellent compatibility with base materials.

This masterbatch is suitable for a wide range of polymer materials, including but not limited to:

1.Polyolefins: Polyethylene (PE, such as LDPE and HDPE), polypropylene (PP), etc., which can be used to produce films, pipes, sheets, injection-molded parts, and more.

2.Engineering plastics: ABS, HIPS, PC/ABS alloys, etc., suitable for electronic and electrical enclosures, automotive components, and more.

3.Other materials: Depending on the specific grade, it can also be used for flame retardant treatment of materials such as EVA, rubber, and fibers.

    ADDITION METHOD

This masterbatch are designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing, therefore it`s suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending.Thoroughly mix the masterbatch with the base resin in the specified ratio in a high-speed mixer to ensure uniform dispersion. The mixed material can be directly processed using conventional methods such as extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding. Specific temperatures should be adjusted based on the type of base resin and the characteristics of the processing equipment to avoid excessive temperatures that could cause the flame retardant to decompose or the base resin to degrade.

During processing, care should be taken to control the screw speed and back pressure to ensure thorough plasticization and uniform mixing of the material. It is recommended to use a specialized screw or to modify the screw appropriately to optimize dispersion.

    DOSING RATIO

The amount of this masterbatch added depends on the type of base material, the required flame retardancy rating of the product, and the flame retardancy efficiency of the masterbatch. The recommended addition level is 13%–20% (subject to actual test results).

    STORAGE & PACKING

It is recommended to store the material in a cool and protected place.

It should be used within 12 months to maintain properties.

It is packaged in 25KG bags or ton bags. Customized packaging can also be provided according to customer requirements.
