PRODUCT FEATURES
This masterbatch uses jet carbon black, which provides the product with extremely high coloring power and excellent dispersion properties. It is suitable for applications such as injection molding, extrusion, and modified granulation. It is mainly used in PC-based materials.
ADDITION METHOD
This masterbatch are designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing, therefore it`s suitable for direct addition
using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending.
DOSING RATIO
The amount of this masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. Typical addition rates from 0.5% to 4% .
STORAGE & PACKING
It is recommended to store the material in a cool and protected place.
It should be used within 12 months to maintain properties.
It is packaged in 25KG bags or ton bags. Customized packaging can also be provided according to customer requirements.
