PRODUCT FEATURES
This masterbatch is based on fiber-grade PA6 as the carrier and uses Cabot's special carbon black for spinning. It has the
advantages of no benzene extraction, good processability, high blackness and easy processing.
ADDITION METHOD
This masterbatch are designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing, therefore it`s suitable for direct addition
using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending
DOSING RATIO
The amount of this masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. Typical addition
rates from 4% to 25% .
STORAGE & PACKING
It is recommended to store the material in a cool and protected place.
It should be used within 12 months to maintain properties.
It is packaged in 25KG bags aluminum-plastic bags. Customized packaging can also be provided according to customer
requirements.
