PRODUCT FEATURES
This masterbatch contains a high concentration of aniline black and is particularly suitable for fiberglass products. Its CTI, blackness and brightness are superior to carbon black coloring products. It is applicable for modification, extrusion and
other processes, and can solve the problem of floating fibers in the nylon fiber modification process.
ADDITION METHOD
This masterbatch are designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing, therefore it`s suitable for direct addition
using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending.
DOSING RATIO
The amount of this masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. Typical addition
rates from 1% to 3% .
STORAGE & PACKING
It is recommended to store the material in a cool and protected place.
It should be used within 12 months to maintain properties.
It is packaged in 25KG bags or ton bags. Customized packaging can also be provided according to customer requirements.
